This is another fantastic book which is a very simple read & clearly explains the many benefits of Intermittent Fasting & backs them up with solid scientific proof which is why I like it so much.
This debunk’s many of the myths out there reguarding nutrition principles, metabolism and weight loss & goes completely against what you are taught to believe is true .
