pH Balance: The Key To Optimal Health, Energy & Weight Loss

key to healthSo, a while ago I did a quick video post on balancing your blood sugar levels being the key to weight loss, which it is, however balancing your pH goes hand in hand with balancing your blood sugar & if you get it right not only will you stop storing extra fat but you will NEVER get another illness or suffer from any disease as long as you live! Sound Interesting? Read on.

So What Is pH?

Basically its the measure of Acidity to Alkalinity on a scale from 0-14. The closer to 0 the more acidic, the closer to 14 the more alkaline. Your stomach needs to be very acidic around 4 on the pH scale and the rest of your body should be slightly alkaline at around 7.35

pH ChartWhy Should I care About My pH?

Having a slightly alkaline pH in fundamental for good health. Remember that a truly healthy body wont store fat!!!.

If your body other than your stomach is not slightly alkaline you can suffer from a whole host of conditions. Metabolism will be negatively impacted, enzymes are not as effective, your immune system is hindered and your body becomes incapable of repairing itself.

But heres the biggie

Otto Warburg 1931In 1931 A doctor by the name of Otto Warburg won a Nobel Prize for his discovery that ”cancer cells thrive in an oxygen deficient, acidic blood environment”. He also concluded by saying that ”Cancer cannot survive in an alkaline, oxygenated blood environment ”.

So for the last 80 years the medical profession have known that cancer & every other disease (arthritis, joint pain, heart disease, diabetes, obesity etc) can only thrive in an acidic environment yet nothing has ever been done to make this common knowledge or even treat it effectively. My thoughts are that they will never do this as disease is very profitable and theres no money to be made by showing people how to alkalise their body effectively. Just my thoughts.

So If you want to live a long healthy life & drop your body fat you should read on because im going to show you how to do just that.

How Does Being Acidic Make Me Store Fat?

danger acid symbol

Being healthy is all well & good but I know most of you are here to learn how to drop body fat (I prefer doing both together!!) so let me explain. When you become acidic its a massive danger sign to the body as this acid is very toxic.

The human body is very capable of dealing with toxins and removing them, however when you are bombarded with as many toxins & harmful substances as we are today the human body becomes overwhelmed.

It does everything to survive & stay healthy by keeping as many toxins away from vital organs where they can do damage. It does this by storing the toxins in your fat cells keeping them as far away from your important organs as possible. If you dont have enough fat cells the body will simply create more to deal with the excess toxins.

This is why most people are overweight. It’s got nothing to do with eating too much & consuming to many calories or not doing enough exercise. Its because were all too acidic!!

Are You Always Tired & Sluggish Too?

Well hopefully you wont be suprised by now when I tell you that this too is bacause your too acidic. I hear people complaining all the time that theyre tired & cant be bothered to exercise but should we really be this tired? I know we all live busy & stressfull lifestyles but we should not be as tired and  lifeless as so many are.

Check out the pictures below of blood under a microscope, the one on the left shows an acidic oxygen deprived environment & the one on right shows an oxygenated alkaline environment.

Acidic Blood Environment                                   Alkaline Blood Environment

acidic blood environmentalkaline blood environment

As you can see the acidic blood sample on the left is very clumped when compared to the alkaline blood sample on the left.

The job of your blood is to deliver oxygen to all the tissues around the body along with delivering important vitamins, minerals & amino acids along the way.  It also picks up carbon dioxide to dispose of when you breathe. Each blood cell has a negative magnetic charge so they repel & bounce off one another delivering all their goodness at high speed.

BUT

When you are too acidic the blood loses its negative charge and starts clumping together & sludge through your body at a much slower speed struggling to absorb water, nutrients & oxygen & cant expel unhealthy toxins so again store them in fat cells.

This is when you start to feel a loss of energy & become an ideal host to yeast, bacteria, disease & sickness. This takes us back to the work of Dr Otto Warburg in 1931.

So How Did I Get So Acidic ?

Quite simply through your diet by eating more acid forming foods. The problem is that the western world diet is far too acidic by consuming high amounts of sugar &  processed foods such as cereals, pasta, bread, potatoes, dairy, fizzy drinks, coffee, sweets, chocolate, crisps & drinking too much alcahol. suprisingly too many fruits are very acidic when eaten. It takes around 33 glasses of water to neutralise 1 glass of cola so you can see the problem.

Whats The Soloution?

Well ideally you would cut out as many of the acid forming foods as possible and really minimise them in your diet. Then replace them with more alkaline forming foods such as vegetables, spinach, watercress, brocoli,  avacado, All  leafy greens, nuts, seeds etc

For some great recipes I suggest you check out this website.

What Else Can I do?

One little trick I reccommend every one gets in the habit of doing is mixing half a tea spoon of sodium bicarbonate with a glass of water 2-3 times per day. This is an extremely alkaline mineral & will help to alkalise the body. I usually ensure I do it first think when I wake up & again on an evening

Another thing I do routinely is add liquid chlorophyll to my water and drink it throughout the day. its a minty flavoured green drink that again helps keep you alkaline. You should definately give it a go.

Summary

When your body is slightly alkaline (around 7.35) you will be bursting with energy, you will have a bullet proof immune system where viruses, bacteria & disease cannot grow. You will rapidly let go of body fat and your skin bones & cells will regenerate keeping you young. If you want to ensure you remain in the alkaline pH then you must consume more alkaline foods and follow my suggested protocol of sodium bicarbonate 2-3 times a day alongside liquid chlorophyll throughout the day.

Cardio Is Rubbish For Fat Loss, So Why Are You Still Wasting Your Time?

No Treadmill

I really had to bring this to your attention & get this off my chest because every time I walk into my gym & look to my left where all the treadmills, bikes, cross trainers & rowers are is packed with people desperate to get in great shape TOTALLY WASTING THEIR TIME & ENERGY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is by far and away my biggest pet hate with people working out at the gym, especially with you women!!

I know its not your fault, you just don’t know any better and haven’t been shown the way but don’t worry I’m here to help.

Don’t get me wrong there are benefits to cardio / aerobic exercise but if your goal is fat loss then Steady state cardio & those aerobic classes you go to are a total waste of your time.

To prove my point I want to bring to your attention a recent systematic review & meta analysis that was done where researchers looked at 14 different studies which included 1847 participants. This is a pretty huge number of people. Check it out for yourself here

The average weight loss after 6 months was 1.6kg (3.5lbs) and after 1 whole year was 1.7kg (3.74lbs)

The researchers then concluded that  ”our results show that isolated aerobic exercise is not an effective weight loss therapy

Hallelujah

Less than 4lbs in an entire year!! You should expect those results in the first two weeks at most if you follow our proven fat loss system & iv even had some clients losing more than double this in the first two weeks. Proof if you needed it that not only is cardio exercise extremely boring (my opinion) but it delivers poor results in terms of fat loss (fact).

So has this persuaded you to ditch the long boring cardio? I really hope so! After all if 14 studies with 1847 participants could show no meaningful results isn’t it time we realised its not a real fat loss tool?

So What Do I recommend ?

In terms of exercise nothing is better for fat loss than resistance training and as detailed in my previous blog post performing resistance exercises in a circuit format really delivers the best results for fat loss. Interval training would come second but both of these come way behind a healthy diet & nutrition plan. No matter what you do in the gym you cant out train a terrible diet!!

System Series #1 – Your Digestive Systems Effect on Health & Fat Loss

the digestive systemNow don’t worry, this blog post is not intended to go into massive detail about every aspect of your digestive system & how it works in intricate detail because to be honest that stuff can be kinda boring & you don’t really need to know everything in minute detail to get results. Leave the boring detail for me to learn & ill just tell you the good stuff that you do need to be aware of if you want to live a long & happy, healthy life & get into great shape. Deal? OK, good!! Lets get started.

There are 9 different systems of the body that I routinely test for using the lifestyle analysis. If any of these are overly stressed then it can severely impact your body’s natural ability to drop body fat. I would argue that no system is more important than the digestive system if you want to be healthy, full of energy & get in good shape, who wouldn’t want that?

There is a common saying about the digestive system that says death begins in the gut which is very true but I like to consider myself an optimist and prefer looking at it from the opposite side of the fence and say that life begins in the gut because if you look after your digestive system your digestive system will look after you.

Good digestion is central to good health so PLEEEEEEEASE make it your priority to improve your digestion, I cant stress this enough & your body will love you for it!!!! Think about this for a second, you could eat the healthiest diet possible but if your digestive system isn’t working properly then your not going to be getting the benefit from all the nutrients your eating because your not digesting them!! Makes sense!!

Affect on Body Fat

As I just said, your aim should always be to get your digestive system as healthy as possible and as a consequence it will help you drop body fat and feel amazing.

The digestive system breaks down food, extracting nutrients for use throughout the body, BUT it will only do this IF the system is healthy. If not the body will commonly experience indigestion, bloating, heartburn, insufficient enzymes, acid reflux, stomach ulcers, stomach cramps and increased body fat.

So simply put, even if you begin to eat the healthiest diet possible your body wouldn’t be able to get all the nutrients it needed to help you improve your health & lose weight if your digestive system is under performing! Think i’m repeating my self a little but hopefully you get the point.

Poor & Improper digestion is commonly the cause of weight gain in a lot of my clients. Clients with poor digestion therefore find it very difficult to lose body fat regardless of the exercise they do and foods they eat! So if you have a poor digestive system it is important to address it early doors before you become disheartened due to a lack of results from your weight loss plan!

How Do You Know If You Have A Poor Digestive System?

Well the easiest way to test for sure is to take the lifestyle analysis which will indicate the strength of each and every system. This works really well and can be really effective if done properly! Typical symptoms of digestive dysfunction however are:

  • Gas
  • Bloating
  • Headaches
  • Burping
  • Acid reflux
  • Neck, Shoulder Middle & Lower Back pain
  • Fatigue after eating
  • Abdominal distension
  • Constant hunger
  • Bowel irregularity
  • Muscle & Joint aches

So How Do You Look After & Fix

Your Digestive System?

chew your foodWell firstly, digestion begins in the mouth so chew your food until its liquefied, this is an important habit to try & get into so take your time.  I would also suggest you start drinking more clean water as this will also helpyou improve your digestion.

Aside from this I always recommend you start out with a 10 day cleanse to remove any unwanted toxins from your body! after the 10 days are up you should continue with the bifidophilus that comes with the cleanse program to help replenish the body’s good bacteria.

Digestive System - Proactazyme supplement

Alongside this I would strongly recommend a 3 month minimum course of Proactazyme which is a formula made up of plant enzymes to aid in digestion. This combination contains 6 natural enzymes, protease, amylase, glucoamylase, lipase, pectinase and cellulose. These replace the enzymes destroyed by cooking & a refined diet. This will ensure that you absorb more of the nutrients from your diet and consequently benefit the whole body!!

Summary & Action Steps

  1. So firstly you should be aware that a healthy and optimal functioning digestive system should be your starting point for improving your health & losing weight in the long term. This is even more important than exercise & a healthy diet because it doesn’t matter how healthy you eat if your not digesting most of it.
  2. Undergo a 10 day cleanse
  3. Take a lifestyle analysis to see how well your body systems are working. If your digestive system scores highly then begin by undertaking 3 month course of proactazyme to begin rebuilding your digestive system
  4. Make sure you are chewing your food until its liquefied in your mouth before you swallow it
  5. Consider daily supporting supplements of super supplemental, Omega 3 EPA & Food Enzymes. (I recommend everybody does this to ensure your body has everything it needs to be functioning at its very best)
  6. Drink plenty water to help with digestion.
  7. Follow a paleo type diet focusing on food from meat, fish, fruit vegetables, seeds & nuts

What Kind Of Exercise Is Best For Fat Loss?

circuit training girlIv just finished reading a recent study that was published which compared two types of training structure: High Resistance Circuit Training Vs Traditional Strength Training. This was great for me because it confirmed what I have believed all along & backed up the work I have been doing with my clients for years now!! :-)

If You want a look yourself just check it out here:

Both Workout structures  in the study used 6 exercises & performed 3-6 sets with a 6 Rep Max, three
times per week for 8 weeks.

The groups were then divided into two training styles –

1) Circuit style - performing exercises one after the other with 35 seconds rest between exercises
2) Traditional resistance style –  performing each exercise  one set at a time with 3 minutes rest between each set

The traditional style obviously took much longer to finish than the circuit style routine.

After 8 weeks here were the findings:

Researchers found that both groups had exactly the same improvements when testing for strength, peak power, shuttle run performance & lean mass (muscle gain)

However

The circuit group lost significant levels of body fat & the traditional training group did not.

The Take Home Message

What you should hopefully of taken from this is that circuit training with heavy resistance can provide the same benefits as a traditional strength training program with the extra addition of fat loss, all in a shorter time frame. Who wouldn’t want that!!

My Thoughts

I would be very interested to see the results if we had both groups training for the same length of time such as 1 hour. I think in this case the differences would be even more dramatic.

A circuit training routine can perform the same volume of exercise in less time than a traditional group, so in the real world where I would see clients for the same amount of time, it only makes sense to recognize that a circuit or superset style of training which I always use with my clients could allow me to do MORE work than a traditional routine.

I think that whatever your goal, be it fat loss, general fitness, strength or power it is most likely best accomplished by using  non-competing super-sets such as lower body exercise with an upper body exercise or in a circuit format to maximize work density. Which this study supports. So go ahead & give it a try

Exercise Of The Week #1 – Basic Body Weight Squats

Ok, so here is the first in a series of exercises for you to enjoy. I’m starting out with some pretty basic exercises and as time goes on ill show you some more advanced stuff!

This week were squatting.

This is definitely one for all you women out there who are looking for a firmer backside and toned legs because squatting is great for giving good shape and definition to your legs and bum.

Why Squat?

Squatting is a compound movement which basically means your using lots of muscles to do it such as your back & core. This makes it a great exercise to use if you want to lose weight & drop body fat because you are burning more calories doing compound movements.

Also your gluteus maximus (butt muscle as I scientifically like to call it) is the biggest muscle in your entire body meaning it burns the most calories & has the biggest effect on metabolism. So even more reason to add squatting into your workout routines!!

Check the video for a basic bodyweight squat & ill be updating this soon with more advanced squatting exercises!!

My Top 5 Ways To Rocket Your Metabolism Into Overdrive & Improve Your Fat Burning Power

BOOTS METABOLISM

Hi I hope your feeling fit & healthy but if your not & you’re looking for ways to drop extra body fat ready for your holidays this summer then its important you get started asap to give yourself the most time possible to get in shape. Theres nothing worse than someone who waits until a week or 2 before theyre due to go away & expects me to wave my magic wand!! :-0

Anyway back to the point of this blog post as I wanna share with you 5 sure fire ways to rocket your metabolism a boost your fat burning potential. This is not the be all and end all of fat loss but every little helps & if you follow the tips below then im certain you will see some great results. After all the faster your metabolism the better!!

Here are My Top 5 Metabolism Boosters to Help You Burn Fat and Lose Weight

1. Perform Intervals

Intervals are by far the best way to workout when your in the gym or at home. You get much more out of your workout & save yourself a massive amount of time however they are hard if your doing them properly. When you exercise at a moderate rate with intervals of intense effort, you’ll burn the most calories & personal trainer in birmingham reccoments interval trainingyou’ll also boost your metabolism for up to 72 hours after your workout . This is because your body has been forced to work at a harder pace & therefore takes longer to recover where as those of you I see pounding the treadmill and cross trainer for hours at a time will almost certainly see slower results as your body will probably recover within 2-3 hours and your metabolism will drop back to normal. Give Intervals a try & i promise you will love the results. If you have an iphone then there is a great  free App called Gymboss Interval Timer which saves you looking at the clock on the wall as it beeps when you need to stop & start!! A definate must!!

2 . Eat Breakfast

In fact this should probably say eat every 4-5 hours. Thats why breakfast really is the most important meal of the day as you are breaking the fast from all the hours you have been asleep since your last meal. It starts your body, your blood sugar (as long as its not cereal!!!) and your metabolism off on the right foot. birmingham personal trainer recomends eggsEating a healthy breakfast every day is a surefire way to keep your metabolism humming. If you are one of those people I know that do skip breakfast then you really are limiting your results & increassing the liklihood that you will store fat with your next meal!! Skip breakfast and you’ll actually slow your metabolism down. If you struggle with getting breakfast or rush in the morning consider taking SynerProTein & TNT together for the perfect start to your day

3. Eat Protein

Eat Protein

This is my favourite one!! Protein Includes all lean red meats, chicken & Fish. Protein aids digestion and helps your body maintain balanced blood sugar levels. Studies have found that when you eat lean protein with every snack and meal your metabolism can jump twice as much as it would with a carbohydrate only snack. Plus most importantly your blood sugar levels will remain stable and this is THE most important thing if you want to stop storing body fat & lose weight

4. Build Muscle

Build MuscleDont worry ladies you wont end up looking like arnie I promise. Increased muscle will help you with the lean & athletic look that most people aim for. Its vital if your not already doing it to start introducing some resistance training into your workout routines. This can be done by simple bodyweight exercises or using some freeweight equipment. Muscle burns more calories than fat. The more muscle you have, the more calories you’ll burn. The more effective and efficient your metabolism will run. When you build muscle you’ll actually burn more calories when you’re resting, sleeping and sitting at your desk at work.

5. Repair Your Glandular System

The human body is made up of many glands, all of which work together in a properly functioning endocrine system. However more specifically it is the thyroid gland that directly effects metabolism. The thyroid is the portion of the endocrine system responsible for secreting hormones that control the rate at which the body’s cells burn fuel for energy. The more hormones the thyroid produces, the faster the chemical process of converting fuel to energy occurs.

It is therefore really important to your weight loss efforts that your system of glands are all working at their most efficient to get the best results. especially the thyroid gland.

If you want to find out more about weather your glandular system is working efficiently or not then take the FREE online health analysis to find out more. It takes about 2 minutes to complete and will tell you which of your bodys systems are not working at their best. If the glandular system comes out with a high score I would seriously consider a minimum 3 month course of Master Gland alongside Kelp & Hops Combination which will help repair & rebuild the entire glandular system & specifically focus on your thyroid so its back functioning at its best.

Summary

So there you have it, it really is very very simple if you want a metabolism that is in overdrive you need to train reguarly using some resistance in short sharp intense intervals, make sure you eat breakfast and then every 4-5 hours, make sure you get protein with every meal & if you have a below average or poor glandular system then repair it by taking the reccomended supplements for at least 3 months and then retest!!personal trainer in birmingham says its simple

Can Drinking Water Help You Lose Body Fat?

water for weight lossWell the answer to this question in a nutshell in quite simply…………………YES!!! But thats not all it can do.

Water is the most valuable gift you can give your body and yet in all my time working with clients it is easily the biggest barrier I have come across when trying to help them make lifestyle changes. For me it is simply the biggest & most simple thing you can change about your lifestyle & improve your health starting TODAY!!

Let me put it like this

If i was to say to you that I have a very special brand new health product that you can buy and if you take enough of it every day it will help you:

  • Detoxify your body
  • Increase Metabolism
  • Boost your energy levels
  • Increase your mental sharpness
  • Give you younger looking healthier skin (reduce acne, spots, dry skin)
  • Reduce cravings & appetite
  • Transport more important nutrients into your cells
  • Protect your vital organs
  • Help your organs absorb nutrients better
  • Regulate your body temperature
  • Improve your digestion of foods
  • Improve the quality of your sleep so you wake up feeling rested
  • Moisturise the air in your lungs
  • Protect and moisturise your joints
  • relief of painful menstruation

If I could offer you this amazing miracle product how much would you be willing to pay for it? My guess is you would be desperate to f ind out what it is so you could get your hands on it!! am I right?

Well the fact is the miracle product im talking about is, you guessed it. Water, and its very much under rated by many people who choose to drink fruit juices, fizzy drinks, tea & coffee instead and then complain that they feel tired all the time and that they cant lose any weight & have a slow metabolism and that they have bad skin and need to spend fortunes on creams & lotions blah blah blah the list goes on.

Ok so thats my little rant over and done with so I will try to explain (if i havent already) the answer to the following question

Why is water so beneficial to us?

The human body can be up to 70% water, what that means is that all of the trillions of cells that come together to form your Brain, heart, lungs, kedneys, skin etc are made up mainly of water so therefore if you dont give your body the water it needs these cells will perform poorly and eventually die resulting in a wide number of health problems and poorly prforming vital organs.

Here are the actual percentages

  • Muscle consists of 75% water
  • The brain consists of 90% water
  • Bone Consists of 22% water
  • Blood consists of 83% water

so when you see it explained like that you surely can understand just why you should be consuming more water than you probably are right now.

How much Water should I drink?

This is the question I get asked most often when talking about water with clients and there is a really simple way of working this out which is specific to each and every individual.

Forget what you hear when people say you should have 8 glasses a day (how big are these glasses?) or 2 litres, because the amount you need will vary from person to person for example a woman measuring 5ft 1in is obviously going to need less water than a man measuring 6ft 6in. Common Sense if you ask me!!

So here it is the maths bit, If your like me i’d get your calculator out!!

If you find out how much you weigh in kg and multiply that number by 0.033 then the number you get is the amount of water in litres you should drink

for example a person weighing 60kg would need 1.98 Litres of water per day after doing the following sum.

60kg   x   0.033   =   1.98L

What Kind of water is best?

Toxic tap water

I would strongly reccoment that you buy bottled water or invest in a good water filter system to ensure you are avoiding the many toxins th at are in tap water.

Even though it is considered drinkable our tap water contains countless toxins with the two most prolific being fluoride and chlorine.

Flouridewater bottle

Research has distinctly shown that more people suffer from fluoride poisoning every year than any other form of poisoning! The popular understanding is that fluoride was added to tap water for its claimed benefits for teeth. The fact of the matter is, tooth decay is caused by a systemic problem concerning internal body chemistry, not a superficial one as believed by many. Teeth decay occurs because the body’s ideal ratio of calcium to phosphorus in the blood becomes skewed. This is primarily caused by the consumption of refined carbs and sugar. This is important to be aware of because it exposes how useless a topical solution such as fluoride truly is to tooth decay.

Fluoride accumulates in bones, making them more susceptible to fracture, as well as accumulating in the pineal gland, which could lower the production of melatonin. Recent research has discovered a possible link between fluoride and arthritis as well as hypothyroidism. It has also been directly related to cancer. Fluoride has also been found to increase the uptake of aluminium into the brain as well as inhibiting antibodies from forming in the blood. This essentially confuses the immune system and can lead to tumour development. To top it all off, this chemical has also been found to damage the dental enamel of children! This poison is also found in most commercial toothpastes so find one without it.

From an ethical standpoint, fluoridating the water supply is essentially forcing a universal medication on the public with absolutely no informed consent from that public. Imagine your doctor prescribing a drug for a person he has never met, whose medical history he does not know, a substance which is intended to create bodily change, with the advice: ’Take as much as you like, but you will take it for the rest of your life because some children suffer from tooth decay.’ Its simply preposterous.

Chlorine

Chlorine also added to tap water is like waging a war on the inside of your body every day. It has been placed in water to kill any unwanted organisms. But once it enters the body, how does the chlorine know what organisms are bad and should be killed and which organisms are good and should be left alone? The answer, of course, is that it does not. This is a problem as chlorine destroys the positive bacteria in the human gut, disrupting the delicate balance between the positive and negative bacteria that is so vital to many life-sustaining and health-giving processes. Chlorine has also been shown to drastically increase one’s risk to several different types of cancer as well as serious birth defects.  One other thing you should consider is the water you use in cooking, as these chemicals will be consumed with your food. Also showering and bathing in the water means that you will be absorbing these toxic substances through your skin.

Other Toxins

As well as fluoride and chlorine water is also filled with a number of other chemicals such as medical drugs, algaecides, oxidants and pH inhibitors. The effect of these chemicals is not completely known on the human body. Furthermore much of your water supply has to travel through pipes that are decades old it then continues into pipes of your home many of which are corroded and welded using lead materials.

so For me its bottled water all the way alongside filtered water.

Do Tea, Coffee, Flavored & Fizzy Water Count?

I am afraid as far as i am concerned they do not count and lTEA CUPet me explain why I say this.

Although they are fluids, they are not hydrating drinks, in fact m ost of these have dehydrating effects on the body and are cause stress due to t he caffeine and stimulants involved.

Flavoured water drinks are also unfortunately sweetened with artificial flavours, sugars and saccarins that are again stressful highly toxic and not at all hydrating!

and as for fizzy water it is full of carbon dioxide which is what the body works hard to get rid of with every breath so why would you put it back in again?

Best to stick to the real stuff… it is worth it!

Theres No Way I Can Drink That Much Water!!!

Thats the reaction i get almost every time but seriously if your not able to take a small amount of water every hour then you simply dont deserve to get all of the benefits that i have listed above. Just make sure you carry a bottle of water around with you all day while your at work, in the car and at home there really is no excuse in my opinion.

However

If you are not drinking any water at all at the moment then take it slow and gradual by adding in a little more each day until you reach the amount your body needs

If you start to drink large amounts of water immediately, from not drinking any, it may make you feel sick and unwell as your body will go immediately into a detox and cleanse by releasing lots of toxins that will make you feel unwell for a few days.

Take small steps and build up to gradually, that way the body will not become shocked and you will reep the benefits and this way you wont be rushing to the toilet every 5 minutes because your body will adapt to having gradually larger amounts of water

Summary

Let me make it simple:

  • Discover the amount of water in litres you need by multiply your body weight in kg by 0.033
  • Get a water filter at your home to avoid toxins in tap water
  • Purchase good quality bottled water
  • Keep your bottle with you throughout the day
  • drink small amounts often and build up gradually
  • LOSE WEIGHT, FEEL GREAT
